The key word was hesitation, so we created characters defined by that feeling.
Inspired by people who overthink and overcomplicate situations, we translated their sense of being stuck, lost, and overwhelmed into playful, humorous visuals - showing how a sip of McCafé can help untangle the mind and bring clarity.
